Corporate Strategy

Long-horizon positioning for institutions navigating structural change.

We advise boards and chief executives on the strategic decisions that define an institution’s trajectory — market positioning, competitive response, portfolio configuration, and long-range planning in conditions of genuine uncertainty.

Our work is not the production of strategy documents. It is the sharpening of judgment at the moment decisions must be made.

Executive Transition

Counsel for leadership succession, board dynamics, and organizational authority.

Leadership transitions are among the most consequential and least well-managed events in an organization’s life. We advise on succession planning, incoming executive positioning, board-management dynamics, and the organizational realignments that follow.

We work with both the institution and the individual — ensuring that transitions are navigated with clarity, not managed with process.

Stakeholder Alignment

Navigating complex constituencies where consensus is insufficient.

The most difficult strategic challenges are rarely technical. They are political — involving boards, investors, regulators, partners, and internal constituencies with competing interests and asymmetric information.

We help leaders understand the landscape of stakeholder interests, identify the points of genuine alignment, and develop approaches that move consequential decisions forward.

Crisis & Consequence

Discreet advisory for high-stakes situations requiring immediate clarity.

When an organization faces a crisis — reputational, legal, financial, or operational — the quality of counsel in the first hours and days determines the range of outcomes available.

We provide direct, unvarnished advisory to principals navigating situations where the margin for error is zero and the cost of poor judgment is permanent.

Government & Policy Interface

Strategic counsel at the intersection of business and public authority.

For institutions whose strategies intersect with regulatory, legislative, or geopolitical forces, we provide counsel on navigating the interface between private enterprise and public authority.

Drawing on deep experience across the U.S. Senate, the State Department, and global corporate leadership, we help clients understand the policy environment and position themselves effectively within it.

Energy & Infrastructure Advisory

Strategic guidance for the industries shaping the next economy.

The transformation of energy systems, digital infrastructure, and industrial competitiveness represents one of the defining strategic challenges of this era. We advise institutions navigating this transition — from utilities and industrials to technology companies and investors.

Our counsel integrates strategic, policy, and commercial dimensions to help clients position for long-term advantage in a rapidly evolving landscape.
